Business Opportunity Bonus
In order to create better market awareness, penetrate new accounts, and expand the current client base, a bonus will be paid to each employee who identifies potential new business opportunities. These opportunities must be solicited and won by bimethods to qualify for this bonus. Business currently or previously identified by the firm will not be considered. bimethods Business Opportunity Bonus rewards you for helping bimethods grow.
Overtime Incentive
At Unissant we recognize the value for personal time. We also understand there are times we must support our clients after the normal workday. As a token of our appreciation to our staff for this extra effort, every hour worked by a Unissant employee in a billable capacity in excess of a normal 40 hour week, will be paid overtime, at an hourly rate of the annual salary (also known as straight time). bimethods Overtime Incentive Program compensates you with additional income when you must sacrifice personal time away from family and friends in support of our clients.
Referral Bonus
Good people know good people. Earn cash and prizes for referring your friends or family with IT skills to bimethods. Just send in the resume of a qualified friend for a current job opening posted on bimethods site. If the candidate gets selected and is in a billable capacity for 90 days, you are eligible for the reward, it is that simple.
