Manish Malhotra, President & CEO
Manish Malhotra is the Founder and CEO of Unissant, Inc (formerly b.i.methods). He has over 17 years of technical and management experience in the IT industry and is responsible for setting the vision and long term strategy for the company. Through hard work and dedication, Manish has led Unissant to provide the highest level of service to its clients. His relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction serves as an inspiration to all levels of the firm. Under Manish's leadership Unissant has grown from a startup company to an Inc5000 honored company.
Prior to founding b.imethods Manish worked as a Director at Freddie Mac leading the enterprise wide Meta-Data program. In addition he has consulted with companies including Fannie Mae, British Telecom, MCI Telecommunications, Winstar, Northrop Grumman focusing on Information Management, Data Warehousing, Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, Data Quality and Information Classification.
Manish is a regular industry speaker and the editor-in-chief for metadataforums.com. Most recently he successfully architected and deployed the InfoShare360 and Analytix360 business intelliegence as a service (BIaaS) platforms hosted on the cloud.
Manish holds a MBA from Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pune University.
He is a "Gadget Freak", has a good sense of commercial art and does not sing well but that has never deterred him from trying.
Jehangir Unwalla, Vice President Operations
Jehangir Unwalla has more than 15 years of business development, program management and operations experience in the Federal civilian, health and defense sectors.
As Executive Vice President for Government Operations, Mr. Unwalla is responsible for maintaining effective relations between Unissant , government and our partners. Mr. Unwalla also provides oversight and leadership for Unissant's approach to technical execution, quality operations and project management methods. This includes being responsible for all aspects of systems engineering, technical oversight, quality assurance, process management and process improvement programs.
Prior to joining Unissant, Mr. Unwalla served as the Director of Knowledge Management and Corporate Initiatives at Optimos Inc, where he led the project management, operations, corporate quality assurance and corporate development initiatives of the organization. Mr. Unwalla holds a Masters in Computer Applications and a MBA in Information Management.
Eric T. Hartung, Chief Information Officer (CIO)
.jpg) Eric Hartung is the Chief Information Officer of Unissant, inc., and Managing Partner of InfoShare360, llc. He has extensive program management and operations expertise in the areas of Data Strategy & Governance, Data Architecture, Data Quality, Data Management, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and System Integration. Mr. Hartung also possesses deep industry experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, having worked at large financial institutions in both business operations and information technology roles for over 16 years.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business, Blacksburg, VA and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Information Systems from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA.
Prem Kishnani, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
 Prem Kishnani is the Chief Technology Officer at Unissant, inc. He brings more than 15 years of diverse management and leadership experience in Information Security, IT strategy, Infrastructure and Business applications integration. Mr. Kishnani posses deep industry experience in the finance and home mortgage services industry having worked in Technology Strategy, Business Integration, Information Security and IT Operations.
He has led multi-million dollar IT functions in Europe and Americas while pioneering some of the projects that have changed the face of online banking. He has partnered with regulatory boards and Federal Reserve in delivering programs associated with national security and remediation of financial systemic risks. Some of the specialties that Prem brings with him include innovation & implementation of technologies, processes re-engineering, cost containment, compliance and governance.
Prem completed his Executive Management studies from the Wharton School of Business along with masters in Information technology from George Washington University.”
Mike Neely, Director Federal Business Development
Mike has more than 16 years experience in complex consulting, direct sales, channel development, project delivery and team leadership. He has over 10 years active duty serving in a variety of assignments for the US Army Intelligence Corps as a noncommissioned officer.
Mike has proven success in C-Level client interaction and account development in the public and private sectors, driving profitable revenue streams for teams ranging from Fortune 500 contractors (CACI, ManTech, Booz Allen) to small high-tech start-ups (NuTech/Netezza, SPADAC, Blueridge Analytics). He also possesses a deep technical expertise in a broad spectrum of networking, communications, data analytics, and modeling systems.
Aron Lee, Business Development Director
Aron Lee has over 20 years of client facing experience with an emphasis on business development, sales, customer service, project management, capture and proposal management. He has successfully served a wide range of small businesses, fortune 100 companies, government agencies, hospitals and universities. Some of his former clients include Apple Inc., Department of Education, Verizon, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Johns Hopkins University, Washington County Health Systems, and Deloitte.
Prior to joining Unissant, Aron represented some of the most influential systems integration companies in the country, including Lucent Technologies. Throughout his career he has developed a “service above self” internal operating model that governs his client engagements. He has worked hard to build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers by devoting his attention to serving their needs.
Aron is a native of Boston Massachusetts. He has a B.S. in Psychology from Hampton University. For extracurricular activity, Aron enjoys staying physically active by playing a variety of sports including basketball and baseball.
Dave C. Launi, Director Commercial Business Development
Will Rohde, Business Intelligence Practice Area Lead
 Will Rohde is the Business Intelligence (BI) Practice Leader at Unissant, inc. He is a proven leader with over 15 years of experience in managing, designing, and implementing Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse solutions in the most complex environments. Mr. Rohde possesses extensive industry experience in home mortgage, finance, education, and IT operations having worked in a variety of senior architectural roles. He has defined successful end to end data warehouses and advanced analytical solutions for high profile clients such as GSA, Fannie Mae, US Census, DLA, and Northrop Grumman. Will is an exceptional public speaker around the Business Intelligence marketplace educating industry professionals, as well as, a frequent participant at national conferences on a wide-range of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing topics.
Will completed his studies at Shenandoah University in Business Administration and Economics.
